A note from the person who'll be working with you.
At Luni, the person you talk to is the person who builds the system. There's no middleman passing messages along, and technical decisions are explained without jargon.
Before proposing anything, I want to understand how the work gets done today, ideally by watching someone on the team do it. Sometimes the real problem turns out to be different from what it seemed in the first conversation.
Whatever we agree on goes in writing in the proposal. If something changes mid-project, we talk it through before touching the budget.
And after delivery, the system is still Luni's responsibility. If something stops working, you know exactly who to call.

No. Just explain how the work is done today and where it gets stuck. Luni takes care of the technical side, and every decision is explained in plain language.
It depends on what needs to be done. The price comes in writing in the proposal, along with the scope and timeline, and nothing is charged before you approve it.
Nothing needs to be organized before we start. Cleaning up and organizing the data can be part of the project.
That's checked during the assessment, case by case. Integration with ERPs and other tools is part of Luni's work.
No. Each client's data is kept separate and used only on that client's project, as set out in the contract and the LGPD. The details are in the privacy policy (in Portuguese).
Yes. A project can be a single automated task. If it works well, the rest can come later.
